ISO 9001-2000
Proarb Ltd is proud of its internal office structure. An indication of our commitment in maintaining and assessing our customer service standards, is to be an ISO 9001:2000 accredited company.
ISO 9000 is a family of standards for quality management systmes. ISO 9001 is maintained by ISO, the International Organization for Standardization and is administered by accreditation and certification bodies. Some of the requirements in ISO 9001 (which is one of the standards in the ISO 9000 family) include
- a set of procedures that cover all key processes in the business;
- monitoring processes to ensure they are effective;
- keeping adequate records;
- checking output for defects, with appropriate corrective action where necessary;
- regularly reviewing individual processes and the quality system itself for effectiveness; and
- facilitating continual improvement
A company or organization that has been independently audited and certified to be in conformance with ISO 9001 may publicly state that it is "ISO 9001 certified" or "ISO 9001 registered."

Arboricultural Association
Proarb Ltd is pleased to announce that it has recently achieved Approved Contractor status with the Arboricultural Association.
A rigorous assessment of our office procedures and, primarily, our methods of tree work was undertaken by the Arboricultural Association. We are pleased to announce that the time and effort spent in assessing our quality of service has been recognised, culminating in beeing awarded this prestigious affiliate status.

Achilles UVDB Approved Supplier
Proarb is pleased to announce that we achieved affiliate status with Achilles in November 2008.
Achilles works to identify, qualify, evaluate and monitor suppliers on behalf of major organisations worldwide. They build and support buyer-supplier communities in many industry sectors, creating unique and powerful global networks. Their services for sustainable procurement help create opportunities for business and reduce risk in the supply chain.
The company was created in 1990 in Norway and today, has offices all over the world. Their headquarters are in Abingdon, in the United Kingdom.
